The 1.7.5p5 and later distributions by Noltar use the nearly-8-bit-clean
attribute compression scheme, and are recommended if you plan to 
run Penn with a foreign locale and international characters.

tutorial.zip   		a tutorial designed for beginner MUSH "Gods" 
			which describes how to do some initial MUSHcoding.
mushclient          	A Win32 MUSH client (Javelin's favorite)
gzip.exe   		Dos version of gzip for uncompressing .gz files
			The shareware Winzip also uncompresses .gz
patch.exe      		Win32 port of GNU patch 2.1
patch-src.zip  		Source code for the above port
