Description of the code, number of objects, its functions, $commands it
defines, etc.:

We had a few people who always wanted to see a carriage return and tab in front
of every pose to help pull it out of channel chat, bbposts, pages, etc. Others
only wanted one return but the text in blue.  While some didn't want anything.

So to be flexible we came up with formatpose. It's a simple little object which
hooks the emit, pose, say, and semipose.  It looks to see if you are in an
IC room by checking against the ICPARENT attrib. If it is an IC room then
it uses the format_pose attrib set on the individual player. If it's not an
IC room then it inserts <OOC>%b%b in front of whatever is said in that room.

Don't forget to add the samplestartup to one of your startup item.
